WHEN LIGHTS WERE ADDED TO A REMOTE AREA OF THE PROPERTY, SEAN DEVISED A SOLUTION THAT WAS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THE ORIGINAL BUDGET, PROVIDING COST SAVINGS. HE HAD A GREAT WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH THE OTHER TRADES ON SITE AND WORKED WITHIN THE SCHEDULE. WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PARTIAL TO CREATING AMBIENCE WITH LIGHTS BUT THE SYSTEM SEAN INSTALLED IS MORE THAN WE IMAGINED. SEAN PROGRAMMED SEVERAL DESIGNS INTO OUR SYSTEM INCLUDING HOLIDAYS, PROFESSIONAL SPORTS TEAMS, COLLEGE SPORTS TEAMS AND PARTY LIGHTS.     "LAKES ILLUMINATION TECHNOLOGY JUST DID THE UP LIGHTING OF OUR COLUMNAR OAKS LINING OUR LONG DRIVEWAY, WE COULDN’T BE HAPPIER WITH HOW THEY LOOK LIT UP AT NIGHT! SEAN IS A VERY DILIGENT, HARD WORKING GUY AND HE COMES TO THE JOB SITE TO ASSESS WHAT HE THINKS WOULD BE THE BEST FIT FOR WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO ACHIEVE. HE THEN EMAILED US A BID WHICH WAS BY FAR THE MOST REASONABLE OF ALL THE BIDS WE RECEIVED. HE IS VERY RESPONSIVE AND GOT THE JOB DONE FAST. ONCE HE PLACED THE LIGHTS AND THE BOXES HE CAME BACK AT DARK TO ADJUST THEM FOR MAXIMUM UP LIGHTING. WE ARE THRILLED WITH THE RESULTS AND ARE NOW HAVING HIM DO MORE UPLIGHTING ON OUR HOUSE PEAKS.
